If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund (less shipping) within the first 15 days of original purchase . All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original unopened packaging and that the merchandise is in the same condition. All returns must be authorized by NextLevel Hobby prior to being returned and must include a copy of original invoice. To make a return please email us at nextlevelhobby@yahoo.com and provide us with an explanation of why your returning your item or order. We will then provide you with the return address. 

The Fine Print •

You can return your purchase for up to 15 days from the purchase date.

 •Shipping fees are non-refundable once the shipment is packaged and shipped to customer. Customer is responsible to pay for shipping cost on returns.

 •Returned products must be in the original unopened condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging with a copy of the original invoice. 

•A 15% restocking fee will be charged if an order is returned after 15 days of the original purchace. 

•Once your return is received and inspected by NextLevel Hobby (usually within 72 hours of receiving), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Please send your products back to the manufacturer directly if there is a product warranty under the manufacturer. NextLevel Hobby does not warranty manufacturer products directly. Please contact the product manufacturer first before sending your product to them for warranty.
